                                               Sandro's Zesty Series:

Twisted Breaded Chicken

 

 

2 - 4  Chicken breasts

pound and slice

then dust with flour

Use egg wash and bread

using your choice of flavoured potato chips

(My favourite happens to be Salt & Pepper)

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F

for 15 - 20 minutes

Flip the chicken breasts at the half way point

 

Accompany with a

Side Summer Fennel Salad

 

Slice Fennel very thin

1 Orange segment per fennel bulb

Season with salt & pepper

and celery seed and lemon or lime

Finish with a raspberry vinaigrette
